Dear Ministry Representative:

Please accept this letter as a personal endorsement for Mr. Dave Eden.  Mr. Eden developed the creative concept and mural artwork displayed in our children’s ministry foyer.  In working with Mr. Eden, I found him to be conscientious, diligent, and an overall pleasure to work with!  Without complaint and with a determination to complete the project in a timely manner, he worked with our unconventional hours of operation during the 2005 Christmas and New Year holiday season.  Our children’s ministry mural project was completed well within the estimated timeframe and his work was so impressive that he immediately earned the bid for our youth ministry mural project!

Mr. Eden is also a valuable resource for music and curriculum tailored for ministry to children and youth.  I am in the process of developing a spiritual formation plan for our children’s ministry and I plan to call upon him to assist me in this endeavor.  He has very creative ideas, a love for and an understanding of children, and a passion for introducing children and youth to Christ!

It is my understanding that Mr. Eden has served children and their families in a pastoral capacity for many years.  I believe that he feels called to continue in this capacity, combining his creative talents with his pastoral gifts.  Based on his standard of excellence, it would be my pleasure to highly recommend Mr. Eden for partnership any church or para-church ministries serving children and youth.
